Add matomo tracking code #942

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We use Matomo to do website analytics.

Describe the solution you'd like We will need to add a react component for obtaining consent and describing our privacy policy. In other projects we have simply added the code via CDN: https://github.com/hotosm/matomo-tracking/ (see readme). TM is also built with React, and you can se how it works here

The tracking code id for fmtm.hotosm.org is 28.

Additional context This is pretty low priority but should be setup once FMTM is reaching public usage.

What kind of data does it collect?

We probably need to describe it in the privacy policy.

I'm not a fan of additional tracking, but I guess it's an org requirement.

This wasn't working properly, but should be now as of 2024.03.
