Fix issues with DB connection parameter fetching
Allow taking in arguments for "INSIGHTS" database which returns parmeters from config file
Modify config sample to indicate accepted ini sections

I wanted to get to know about this more , Why we are still using config file @eternaltyro ? To connect to insight ?
