Create Launch Plan for Galaxy production environment #187

There are a few considerations to make sure we have a smooth launch of the Galaxy App Stack in production, while also maintaining a reasonable development environment.

  1. Size/tiering of infrastructure for Production (do we need to consider scaling in MVP?)
  2. adjustments for dev environments to maintain developer flows
  3. Timeline for launch, including data migration
  4. CI/CD setups, deployment workflows
  5. Documentation

I will start working on developing these out into a more formal launch plan and then share async. If needed we can setup some meetings to discuss as well.

Next I will start to solidify the notes into a planning doc for launch.
