[FEATURE] : Create Mapping Functionality for hdx exports between export tool and Galaxy api : Export tool #237

Just like how we have mapped .yaml file for normal requests , since export tool treats hdx exports especially : we need to redesign our mapping class and functionality for hdx exports as well since hdx exports will have different requrements than normal exports i.e. different zip file for different themes and different geometry files
