• Resolve #264
• Enhances current develop code with common typo, syntax, docstrings improvements

Feature :

• Uses Flake8 for static code check , Checks for docstring on public method ,It will stop build if there is Python syntax errors or undefined names
• It will force developer to include docstrings on their method and also checks common syntax / typo errors when there is PR up on the Repo
