[FEATURE] Improve tasking manager Validators stats #332

From Ralph , Here are some feature request on exisitng tasking manager validator endpoint

  1. Add new row to know tasks which still need mapping , tasks ready to be validated / awaiting validation
  2. if stats doesn't add up , then there is manual way to know why those stats are not matching between mapped/validated/needtomap , Need to figure out better way to show them
  3. Show Draft Projects
  4. Know % tasks mapped and % tasks validated
  5. Show the projects which have no validation as well
  6. Check for the missing projects

  1. The difference may be tasks marked bad imagery/unavailable Otherwise the above looks fine.
