Check for the errors on suprocess call and handle those error : Rawdata

Currently rawdata exports works well in specified condition but while doing the suprocess call it is not tracking what command is producing . Sometimes command may get failed due to other reasons , Issue got identified when i forget to include port info on ogr2ogr command and API didn't raised any issue instead it produced blank files
