[BUG] Showing old out of date username in Mapathon Reports, not showing correctly letters in username in Mapathon Reports

Describe the bug In the Mapathon Reports in detailed report it is showing me as my old username, the one I used to create my OSM account. When I click on it in the list it goes to old URL with the old username, which doesn't exist anymore (so the link doens't work). I renamed like 2 years ago and I used the Mapathon Reports multiple times and it was always showing correctly my current username. I noticed this behavior this Friday on 25.11.2022.

While filling this issues I also noticed another bug. It has a problem with some czech/slovak letters, for example it is showing user jéndálos as jéndálos , so after clicking on the username it is also going to uncorrect URL profile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Mapathon Detailed Report
2. Set project number to 13827 and date for whole day/evening of 25.11.2022
3. User "Chorchito" should be "Patrik_B" and user "jéndálos" should be "jéndálos" and so on

Expected behavior Showing me with my current username and showing correctly czech and slovak symbols like ľ š č ť ž ý á í é ó ú ......
