The investigation work for the creation of HOT vector tiles that will fall under the Export Tool development scope as a 'trial' of use:

After discussing with Nate and Brandon, the vector tile scope of work will be independent of the work carried out for the Export Tool. It will be kept in mind during the Export Tool development though, that if a proper vector tile generating stack is feasible and available for use than it can be incorporated as an interactive base layer for testing.
