Update Contact page with Press section and add content

Journalists are generally looking for a contact, photos or videos to use. They are not usually looking to get involved.

In the comms working call, rachel suggested a "press room" link and section, which is a great idea to put up what journalists are most commonly seeking.

But short term, just putting a "Press" link somewhere on the persistent navigation to the existing content would make more sense than in the "get involved" section.

:+1: for now I suggest we go with creating a Press section within our Contact page that has clear links and information: http://www-dev.hotosm.org/contact.

I reworded the ticket to capture this better. We've already removed the Journalists link in the Get Involved page since that is geared towards the different ways to volunteer. Next action is to rework the content on the Contact page to outline what we want to have in the Press section.

@smit1678 I think we can include a small comment box here so that people there in media can send us their queries and other things, also we can add a phone no (if possible) to get a better response.
