Style the map hover-over pop up text and add preview of country info #251

Map hover-over text on "Our Work" page is basic Arial with limited styling

Can we make it prettier? Could we also reveal a preview of the # of voting members or # of projects in that country or some other quick snapshot of what's happening in the country?

Related to this, it doesn't seem the country pages that have voting members has any way to find who those members are. Even a link to the voting members page would help, ideally we could show the profile preview on the country pages (i.e. if you want to contact a member in your country, how would you find them?)
