On People pages, add link to TM and Missing Maps profiles #270

On People pages, link to OSM profile directs to wrong site with 404

We could have it go to multiple places: https://tasks.hotosm.org/user/[userID] "HOT Mapping Profile" http://www.missingmaps.org/users/#/[userID] "Missing Maps Profile"

@TylerRadford I think the link needs to be the full link within the metadata instead of just the username.

I like the idea of linking to TM and MM profiles as well.

I updated the ticket with a new title to capture the task around adding links to TM and Missing Maps profiles.
