Fix rfp search and add working groups, volunteers, impact areas #808

Fixes #746 and issue raised in slack

Changes: fixed some formatting issue with the RFP block in search.json. Also added Working Groups, Impact Areas, Volunteer Opportunities, and the HOT Activation Protocol to the index.
