Quick fix of typo and logic

Changes:

• Changed a typo in "our work" page related to the programs
• Changed the amount of projects displayed on the program pages
• Updated the programs displayed
• changed layout of data principles page

I haven't followed the slack conversation. I have only looked into the implementation.
