Related to #111, carry map view from search page into initial task set up.
Problem: When adding a new request, the first step is to pan on the search map and find your area. You compare the existing imagery and then when you are ready, you move to the next step of creating the Request. Once your request is created, your next step is to draw an AOI on the map to create your first task. The problem is that this map for drawing your AOI currently has been reset and you need to re-zoom to the location you want.
Proposal: carry the map view you had selected in the search view into the create task view.
