Refactoring of edit-map to use internal GL Draw feature ids. #142

Simplifies logic in the edit-map to use GL Draw generated feature ids with the Map reducer's selectedFeatureId. Fixes the issue with a new task showing an Invalid GeoJSON message when there are no previously existing tasks to use for the map's shadow features.
