Data not loading on mobile view #149

Data does not seem to load on mobile views. This is on the landing page as well as directly linking to Request pages. Seeing this on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all on iOS 10. Not able to replicate on desktop or using the Simulator on OSX.

@sharkinsspatial Seeing this on both the production site as well as staging.

It appears this is an upstream issue in Webkit (all browser flavors use Webkit on iOS internally rather than their normal renderer). This issue has been replicated with AppleWebKit/603.3.8 on iOS 10_3_3.
