update, as of the early morning on May 4, Google Crisis Map (https://google.org/crisismap/2015-nepal-earthquake) got updated with 7 new images shot on May 3. Dharapani, Kathmandu, Bhanu, South East Annapurna, and Dhawa cover some of the areas specified above.
Also on Google Crisis map are Langtang and Katung.
The long strips covering Sindupalchok are not seen yet.
http://tasks.hotosm.org/project/1030 caught my attention yesterday. The tms:http://imagery.openstreetmap.fr/tms/1.0.0/nepal_digitalglobe_wms_proxy/{zoom}/{x}/{y} actually has three of the long strips in Sindupalchok (the Western three).
I checked and all of these scenes should now all be covered by either the DG service (and recached TMS) or Google Crisis Map services
There are 9 scenes from Digital Globe collected on May 3, 2015, all relatively low cloud cover. We need someone with direct access to source data in DG catalog to combine these into one single TMS endpoint.
See overview below. Index with CATALOG_ID available as Shapefile or GeoJSON.
HIU, Mapbox or whoever has capacity, please combine all these 9 scenes into one TMS service which we can then use in multiple tasks for mapping. Attribution should be Imagery source=Digital Globe, 2015-05-03.
Here's also an overlay with current total deaths per districts. We should be able to cover most of Sindhupalchok with those four strips east of KTM (3xWV3 and 1xWV2).
