From the imagery coordination coordination BOF at sotm this past weekend, @pratikyadav @cgiovando and I are going to take a first pass at the following:

Develop a task flow analysis for the imagery request and processing pipeline. Walk through the key steps of the imagery request and processing pipeline to understand what are the technical and non-technical decisions and tasks that are conducted to complete the process.

Anything else @pratikyadav @cgiovando?

@pratikyadav @cgiovando I started a document here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Alj_N4UvafcqxHLObBD5-EZhk2t7xDvpzshnPhjxPMU/edit?usp=sharing. I'm starting with our current workflow from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/HOT_activation#Imagery_Coordination for an overview and then marked out a general process pipeline.

To clarify next actions:

[ ] need to review overarching steps. add/subtract/edit as necessary.
[ ] provide details and subtasks for each step
