Nepal: Syabru Bensi Area #7

From #6, Syabru Bensi area has low-res Bing and Mapbox. Area marked for improved imagery.

One WV1 scene being processed. Will update more.

Initial part of the scene here. Had to downsample to 1m to be able to download.

To confirm before anyone moves on further processing the entire image, @cgiovando are these still priority areas?

@smit1678 is that scene going into the main Mapbox layer or do we need a specific TMS?

@cgiovando Excellent, thanks for the update. We'll do a separate layer, it won't be in the Mapbox Satellite layer.

To update on processing:

WV1 image online here. It's not full resolution (1m) plus is WV1 so only panchromatic, but will be useful for filling low-res gap.
