hot-tips 'enhance' no longer needed as subject covered in other modules #577

The module hot-tips 'enhance' covers changing the brightness etc within iD, but this is now covered by the imagery module (new). The section dealing with the 'stylish' web-browser add-on is not really a beginner subject.

On Transifex the module has been suspended so that no more translations will appear for it.
