update tm4 user guide #614

Hi @michael63-osm, please excuse me for submitting this late. Just saw some things were quite old or wrong for the TM4 user guide and propose here to adjust them.

I performed a manual merge as many images had to be reformatted in order to comply with LearnOSM restrictions (max. 520px width) - no solution so far for the animated gif at the beginning so I kept the previous one.
