clarify that StreetComplete is a survey app #655

From my experience, mapping even well remembered places leads to mistakes

as StreetComplete developer: this app is NOT intended for remote editing, please do not use it this way

added some info about notes and tricky cases

Thank you for clarifying this - I updated our staging site first (nick-tallguy.github.io/en/mobile-mapping/streetcomplete). I did not quite understand what your last sentence should mean: "For some objects it is possible that object is not existing anymore within app, without creating a note" What does "without creating a note " mean in this context?

I forwarded your thanks to the author (Micheal Kaluba) who I think does not have a GitHub account. He appreciated it!

That makes a lot more sense! I updated the staging site, will merge everything to the production site and to Transifex in the next days.

What does "without creating a note " mean in this context?

Without using "can't say" then "create note" and then making https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Notes such as https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3201537
