Update of Glossary to Include Disaster Types #658

This pull request follows a conversation with Russel Deffner and Michael H. to add the terms proposed for disaster response by Reliefweb/Glide + EM-DAT and used by humanitarian organizations like (IFRC, HOT, UN, etc.) to the "Glossary" section. The inclusion of these will help mappers familiarize themselves with the standard terms used to reference each type of natural disaster, standard definitions, and the acronyms used. Please do send any feedback or modify as needed. I appreciate your support.
