started documentation of Rapid Editor.

Hi @manjitapandey I just added our usual front matter at the top of your document. Please include that in your branch. We need this in order to build the documentation properly. The "navigation: skip" entry is temporary and makes sure that currently no one can see the stub page in the contents menu on the left of the website.

If you submit further contents and want to review it "live" after I merged it: you can see it using the direct link: https://learnosm.org/en/beginner/rapid-editor/

One remark: are you sure it is called "RapidID"? At rapideditor.org it appears as "Rapid" which is what I have heard so far. Please check this.
