Rename Aggregator -> Augmenter #36

The primary function of the Aggregator is to add more information as required to the prediction data. Aggregation is an optional task. We should perhaps use the term Augmenter to avoid confusion.

I am fine with doing this. However, we should also, then:

Ensure zoom is an optional parameter to the augmenter
Ensure that the augmenter works without doing any aggregation (and check that code paths seem sane for this case)

@geohacker let me know if you want me to take these on ^

And maybe we can rename zoom to aggregate-zoom or something, so it's a bit more clear what that parameter is doing.
