Generate shorten URL link #70

Automatically generated share links (short URL, Twitter, etc) for individual images or set of results from combinations of filters and spatial extent.

Reframing this ticket with an updated title and description. We currently have sharing options available for Twitter and Facebook but they generate long URLs like: 

 https://map.openaerialmap.org/#/-122.4123340845108,37.743723897775126,17/0230102033332012333/58d7f0e7b0eae7f3b143c108?resolution=high&_k=uw7s4u

Idea here would be to give the ability to create a shorten URL that is easier to share or link to. Something like oam.org/wOD0O and possibly would be similar to the way that OSM does it.
