Probably, it is better to create new classes for reprojection and file conversion. If necessary, use multi-threads, and signal-slot for displaying progress. Pay also attention to the compatibility in cross-platform environment.

Basically, finished. (File conversion was not implemented, since it is not required for PacDID specification.)
