Implemented multithreading reprojection function #90

  1. Modified saveMetadata function in img_uploader_wizard to implement multithreading reprojection function.
  2. Checked the function in cross-platform enviornment (Linux and Windows).
  3. Modified Makefile to be able to deploy help file.
