Add a Brewfile for easier dependency installation #46

Brewfile is part of Homebrew Bundle, a bundler for dependencies available from Homebrew.

This is very specific for macOS. Should we have a more cross-system solution or add a note like "MacOS installation"?

That was the intent of "using homebrew..." (meaning that if you use brew (and have it installed), you'll recognize that and be able to take advantage), but yeah, explicit is always better.

There's no equivalent cross-platform solution (except maybe Docker), but having this is convenient for those able to table advantage.

@smit1678 not having a Mac I can't really test this out, but looks pretty solid.
