Short definition of Advanced Features #47

Put a definition of each of the advanced features in the footer, if it could be on mouse hover that would be great.

Preset Files: Configuration files that define the data downloaded. Tag Translation SQL Files: Defines translation of the data schema for the download. Translation Files: Look-up tables to translate data from English into another language. Visual Tag Chooser: Visual application to create preset files.

Depends on the available space I guess. Might add in that presets files are one and the same used in JOSM.

Preset Files: XML files used in JOSM for collecting custom attributes. Used here to define which attributes are included in the epxort.

Tag Translation SQL Files: Maps OSM tags to another data schema. (right? Maybe call this something other than translation since that gets confused with the following lingual one)

Fixed in commit 444d18bb17 - "fixme" lines marked in language files for translators; affected text constants are:

uploads.en.yml:

uploads.presets.title
uploads.tagtransforms.title
uploads.translations.title

en.yml:

footer.visual_tag_chooser
footer.visual_tag_chooser_title
