Ability to use other map layer when creating task and choosing task #73

Currently when we create a task and choosing a task dialogue, we only have OSM Mapnik as map layer for preview. It will be good in OSMTM v2 if user able to change the map layer. For example Bing satellite or Mapbox satellite.

For example, if we want to create a task for affected area around volcano and there is no OSM data available yet, Bing satellite view would be very helpful to determine tasking area because we can see the volcano.

Or when people pick a task, using satellite view can help people to pick which square with high population/building density.

is this related to the hot-exports service?

I just realized that I did silly things.. This issue is intended for OSM tasking manager. Sorry
