Hi I gave this feedback at SOTM:

Feature - Using analytics to match make for mentoring

How could OSM Analytics be used to help match new users and leaders who offer to help mentor.

Where did I get this idea? The Mozilla community has a dashboard that is part leaderboard, but more so to help community managers recruit and mentor leaders
