Investigate warning from ogr2ogr #19

When making very small (TM task sized) data extract, I get this error from the polygon used to clip the data. It'd be good to investigate this and make sure it's not a problem.

Warning 1: Hole lies outside shell at or near point -111.78654400000001 40.605744999999999

Fixed. This turned out to be very small building footprints way outside the boundary of the park or forest. Think office or visitor center. If these are removed from the boundary, all is good.
