Carry "entities to edit" over to the iD Editor #420

I think that the “entities to edit” from the Instructions tab should be carried over to the iD editor and displayed at the top of the window (there is real estate to do this easily” and a reminder to mappers, particularly beginners, of what they should (and shouldn’t) be mapping.

Are we already able to do that? Does id already support such a feature?

iD seems to not build in this ability based on their feedback from the related ticket. We can probably close.
