Pop-up reminder when marking task as done. #421

When someone elects to “Mark task as done” a task they should be prompted by a pop-up that reminds them of the instructions for the project, essentially asking them “ are you sure all of the X,Y,Z (carried over from the "entities to edit" list in the instructions tab) features in this task have been completed.

Related: Then, when someone elects to “review the work” of a task that has been marked as completed, they should be prompted in a way similar to above to remind them of the X,Y,Z features that they are looking for to have been completed. The need for this comes from my observation that both mappers and validators are not getting this right.

Indeed something like a reminder could be useful.

If it is a "simple text" pop-up this must be done with care in order not to become an annoyance for people who know well the instructions. In another issue https://github.com/hotosm/osm-tasking-manager2/issues/484#issuecomment-66981760 I proposed a checkbox for marking and review.

avoid as much as possible wrong clicks by mistake and misunderstanding: 2-click process to mark (checkbox and button)

So combining these ideas:

Of course a list of check-boxes for each entity to review would nice also. That is a good way to get high consistency, quality mapping and better feedback on validated/invalidated review. But it will require more work and certainly needs project creation template #172.

Related to #358 with validation monitoring system and A form would be great, with checkboxes for typical errors.

I'm not a fan of popups...but maybe an extra box to tick before marking a task done. One click access to unlock (and not mark done) a task, two click access to mark one done.
