Feature: Clone project #689

There are two common workflows when creating a projects:

Create a project with same/similar instructions as a previous project, but for a different area
Create a project with same area as a previous project, but different instructions

It would really help to have an admin option to clone an existing project, by which instructions or project area can be reused rather than manually copied.

This seems to address a few use-cases to ease the work-flow when creating many similar Tasking Manager projects towards the same over-all goal.

@pgiraud is this a feature you agree with? If so, should I try and take this on? Thanks!

I totally agree on this one.

Having a way to duplicate a project is something that can be super useful. I think it has already been asked.

Also, in the model you'll see that I put the project area in its own table so that the same area can be used by several projects. I did think at the beginning of the v2. The goal was to have several projects on the same are of interest asking for different elements mapping (roads vs. buildings for example).
