Take a tour page #7

The idea is to show what the Tasking Manager is all about using pictures for example. It would be nice to show the key features so that people quickly understand what the Tasking Manager was built for, and ideally help them use the Tasking Manager.

In V1, we had such a page. It was simply a carousel with some screenshots and captions. Not really attractive nor informative. https://github.com/hotosm/osm-tasking-manager/tree/master/OSMTM/static/img/tour MapGive did a great job on this topic with really nice videos. http://mapgive.state.gov/learn-to-map/

So again the idea is to make the Tasking Manager attractive to new mappers.

Working on some css and js issues to get a decent carousel in play...right now I have just a single page with text+pictures.
