Can't use Imagery or Misc editing tabs #875

When editing projects 2022 and 2254 I cannot enable the Imagery and Misc tabs. This was checked on multiple computers and browsers.

I can confirm this, I can not access those tabs either on those project, win7 ff and chrome.

Are there any javascript error that appear in the web console?

@ethan-nelson No javascript errors that I noticed. And now having issues with project 2396 I cannot get/enable the imagery tab.

Figured this out, if you have a heading in Instructions that matches a tab, that tab doesn't work. In these cases I had "Imagery" and/or "Misc" in the instructions, removing or changing to "Imagery Notes" fixes the issue.
