sort by changesets since last validation contact to find people early

Many mappers only map once then do not return. It may be more economical to look for new mappers who have joined recently and have completed about four tiles. At least they have found it interesting enough to keep going. They are the ones we should encourage and nurture as some of them may well go on to become our next generation of prolific mappers.

sounds like we need to track every checkin-checkout of a task on the task level and on the user level. and completed. that would let us learn all kinds of interesting things about how people are interacting with projects and tasks as well. in addition to letting us better communicate and follow up with people.
