Integrate iD directly into TM #904

If we could have the iD editor open directly in TM, it would provide a more seamless experience for mappers, especially new comers. This could also improve messaging (see #888) across the two platforms.

The top bar could be the connecting element between the two applications, with a "back" button taking the user back to the task status panel.

Agree this is often a major source of confusion for new mappers/at mapathons with multiple windows open
