No direct feedback/issue reporting mechanism on the web site #914

Hello,

In order to find how to report issue, I had to

discussing at our osm-be meeting, we found that it was not really intuitive.

It could be good to add a easy way to give feedback, report issues for the tasking manager.

Hi Marc, looking at the home page, it seems all the communication channels are indeed pointed towards problems with mapping and not any issues with the TM system. If we did something like put an email address contact for TM tech issues below the Fork the code on GitHub, would that be sufficient? Or are you thinking of something more detailed? This issue has come up a few times in the past, so I'd love to get feedback from someone who had to struggle through finding a communication channel to the dev work.
