Need a different box outline color to identify and emphasize priority area #936

Background The tasking manager only shows the same box (outline) color on the whole area however sometimes the contributors are expected to prioritize mapping the exposure on the hazard or damage area that contain buildings and roads. This prioritizing often occur to support emergency response and rehabilitation reconstruction.

Currently to show a priority area is only from polygon that added (pink area below) by tasking manager administrator. image

Propose Solution Make a different color in the outline box (red for example) that indicate priority area. So in the tasking manager display only shows the boxes with different color not show underlayer polygon anymore to indicate a priority to digitize.

Hi @bgirardot & @TylerRadford - I agree with Fredy, This would be a very useful addition to prioritize areas with in a project. This would need to be added to the legend.
