Migrate existing jobs on older versions of the TM? #942

There are many existing jobs on the various instances of the TM (e.g. HOT, OSM, TeachOSM, etc.). Will provisions be made to migrate those over to the next version of the TM?

At least, it has been done in the past when upgrading the HOT tasking manager from v1 to v2.

Our desire is to migrate most of the existing data, that is for sure. I say most because if it turns out to be a problem, we were thinking of a couple of options, one of which is to migrate project aoi's, tasks, completion data, and if possible user data. Maybe some of the other data, like task comments, private project user lists, etc could be left behind. Not sure about the priority of project instructions and imagery.
