Issue with OSM API - 502 Bad Getaway #2

Currently getting a 502 Bad Getaway error from the POSM OSM API.

Hey @david-hotosm I'm still getting the same error. Can you help debug what's going on?

Also, I thought the POSM instance was paused, as we discussed not needing it for a while. Can you check?
