Close out and archive produced materials #55

As we come to a close on the initial design work for Tasking Manager, let's archive documents, materials, wireframes, and mockups into this folder on this repo: https://github.com/hotosm/projects/tree/master/ml4tm-design. It's helpful to have Invision links up and live for a while but let's also archive into a location so that we have all produced material saved.

@xamanu can you and I tackle this together on a branch to get this organized and archived?

Hadn't spotted this issue. Assigned to me, will check.

Unfortunately, I don't have any possibility to open sketch files. So I can not verify if we have raw files of everything. Requested permission to the sketch.com account where I might be able to download svg files. Will give an update later on.
