Project level quantitative and qualitative metrics/project dashboard #1382

Often project managers don't have a good sense of what's happening in their projects. Include dashboard stats, such as stats like time it takes to map a square, time it takes to validate a square, and include data quality issues that are built into the Tasking Manager.

Just to clarify @xamanu, this is talking about metrics on the Tasking Manager project and not on the quality of the edits?

This part is solved by https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/pull/3274

data quality issues that are built into the Tasking Manager.

@xamanu would it be something like https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/3173 or is it a feature similar to what Apple have in their instance?
