Show OSM id on user list

On the project's list of contributors users are requesting to see the OSM id besides the picture. Since that’s how mappers usually identify and recognize users (not by pics).

Feedback:

I realize by hovering you can view the user ids but you have to hover over each picture to see that.

We are not showing everyone on the project detail page, just some random 15 users. On the contributors tab of the task selection page, we can see the full list of users with the osm username.

Much more important on a list of users of a team:

I think we need those changes in the team management page:

• [ ] Allow to switch between the circles/avatar and a username list.
• [ ] When we type to add a new user, use that same string to filter the current users.
