#author and #managers commenting misused/misinterpreted #4497

Several validators have queried how these notifications work. Most misinterpret them and understand #author as the person who has marked the task as mapped. Concept of 'project managers' not understood by validators - not clear who this contacts. As a project creator, when I am notified of a #manager / #author comment I have learnt to ingore them because almost all of the time they are mistakenly used by contributors.

Might be that descriptions of #manager and #author need to be clearer (possibly visible without tooltip).

Misuse of #manager / #author does indicate that validators would value a quick #mapper comment to notify the user who has marked a task as mapped.

Huh yeah! I myself have done this, I thought author meant the mapper who did the action, and project managers would be who set up/manages the project

Which is also why I created https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/4596 to notify each mapper at once, since #authors does not
