This has caused issues at several events that I have hosted. Would be great to resolve. Hard refresh requires different key combinations depending on your operating system (iOS, Windows, Tablets??) so any way to avoid this confusion would be great!
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It happens regularly that errors in TM can be solved by just a (hard) browser refresh. However users often do not know this. And subsequently open a support ticket or ask for help on Slack. Causing unnecessary delay in mapping and increased support burden.
Describe the solution you'd like Give a more informative/user-friendly errormessage in situations like these. Something like "It seems there is an issue with the Tasking Manager. Try a hard browser refresh first. If that doesn't help, please contact tech support".

Additional context Recently on several occasions after a TM update it generated a message "Missing en translation: restore.heading" when using iD Editor within the TM. Users frequently asked questions about this on Slack and Jira. It even disrupted mapathons, causing agitation among mappers and organizers.
